All products sold on Shopelect.com are completely genuine. All sellers listing their products on Shopelect.com are required to enter into an agreement to list and sell only genuine products.

The ShopElect Guarantee

The Guarantee is designed to protect your purchases. We guarantee the condition of the item you buy and its timely delivery when you purchase from ShopElect.

You can file a ShopElect Guarantee claim if you purchased physical goods from ShopElect.com website.

One of the three conditions below must also apply:

1. You made payment to us against the specific order placed on ShopElect.com website, but failed to receive the item within 3 working days from the maximum estimated delivery date for your order as per our order confirmation email; or

2. You received the item, but the item was counterfeit / defective, damaged, or not the item depicted in the description; or

3. You have returned the item but have not received the agreed refund.

But we would be unable to accept returns in the following cases:

  • Product is used/worn or altered
  • Physical damage to the box or to the product
  • If returned without original packaging and accessories
  • If sealed package of branded products is open

In case of Return/Replacement, following conditions should satisfy:

  • Product must be in its original condition
  • Only unused, unaltered, unsoiled products will be accepted
  • Brand packaging should be intact
  • Replacements will be made if product is available on website

Time frame for claims:

  • For non delivery of items you must wait 3 calendar days past the maximum estimated delivery date for an order (as indicated in the order details in our confirmatory email).
  • If you have received a materially different item, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt of the items.
  • Please allow three business days to give us a chance to address the issue.

Exclusions from coverage:

  • If you paid by credit/ debit card, and the issuing bank has initiated a chargeback, you are not eligible for coverage under the ShopElect Guarantee.
